Samples of Correct Magazine Order Form
Incomplete magazine orders
When an incomplete order slips through the system, the Product Program Department will receive a separate notice with a copy of the original order form(s). Please make sure that magazine orders are filled out properly otherwise there will be at least a 30 day delay in the customer’s order. Your attention to making sure the order form is completely filled out correctly will ensure faster service to you customers.
