Girl Scout MarComm Internship
OverviewThe Girl Scouts Heart of Central California (GSHCC) Marketing and Communications internship is an intensive introduction to marketing, public relations and publication design. Interns will work on a variety of projects including Hear&Now Girl Scout teen magazine, marketing, communications, media training, feature story development, project management, journalism, design, branding, social media and photography. Hear&Now staff writes, edits, designs and entirely creates each Hear&Now Girl Scout teen magazine. |

This internship has a maximum capacity of 20 girls and is a yearlong commitment with the majority of the work done in the summer months. Even if you are not selected for the summer-intensive Hear&Now staff position you may have the opportunity to flex your talents as an Ambassador Marketing Specialist. Although this role is not full-time, it is still a year-long commitment and can include on-call assistance with Hear&Now tasks, blogging, media appearances, field trips, graphic design, etc. Being an Ambassador Marketing Specialist will provide you with skills that could potentially secure your position on the Hear&Now staff in the future.
Participants must be entering 10th grade or above to apply.
