We prefer to exchange merchandise.
Returns
We will accept returns on current merchandise that is in its original packaging and in good condition.
Refunds
Refunds with a receipt are to be done within 60 days of the purchase. Refund checks will be mailed from the office within two weeks of the refund date.
*Effective 5/1/2009 there will be a minimum $10.00 purchase required on credit card transactions through the Girl Scout Shop.
