When will my deposit be processed?
Deposits will be processed when registration forms are received. If they are received prior to February 1, the deposit will be processed and the form will be held until placement occurs on February 1.
When do I pay for camp?
Your camp bill will arrive with your confirmation packet. Payment of the camp fees is due at no later than four weeks prior to the start of the session for which you have registered. Note: The council will accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Credit Cards.
Can I use Cookie Credits to pay for camp?
Due to the volume of registrations we process, we CANNOT accept cookie credits for the $75 deposit. However, once you have received your bill, you may use your cookie credits to pay for the balance of your camp fees.
Can I make monthly payments toward camp?
We do accept partial payments of $50 or more. The balance of the camp fee is due in full 4 weeks prior to the start of the camp session. You must track your own payments, only one bill will be sent in your confirmation packet.
Is financial assistance available?
If you are within the Girl Scouts Heart of Central California jurisdiction and are a registered Girl Scout or want to become a Girl Scout, you are eligible to apply for financial help to attend Girl Scout resident camps. Are there any special fees?
An additional $12 fee will apply for any girls not registered as a Girl Scout by February 1 of the current Girl Scout membership year.
What is included in the camp fees?
All camp fees include: supervision and instruction from trained staff, program activities, transportation, sickness/accident insurance, camp T-shirt, patch, daily meals, snacks and a one-hour horseback riding session.
