Camp Golden Timbers
Make new friends at Camp Golden Timbers located at beautiful Camp Sylvester in Pinecrest for five days and four nights of fun. Put your thinking caps on, the theme for this year’s camp is “Get Your Game Show On!”. You will enjoy hiking, swimming, games, crafts, songs and more. Girl Scout Juniors and older can participate in archery. Girls entering grades 9-12 may apply to be a Program Aide Counselor, assisting unit leaders with younger girls. Campers sleep in cabins.
Dates and Times: 10 a.m., Sunday, July 21, 2013 to 3 p.m., Thursday, July 25, 2013
PAC’s begin camp at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 20
Location: Camp Sylvester, Pinecrest, CA
Grade Level: Girl Scouts entering grades 1-12
Fee: $195 per camper; $145 per program aide counselor (PAC); $20 per adult volunteer*
*Volunteer adults must:
- Have completed a background check through Girl Scouts Heart of Central California (this check must be performed annually for resident camp staff and volunteers).
- Be approved by the camp administrative team
- Attend a mandatory on-site training, Saturday, July 20, 2013

A confirmation/information packet including a map and all other pertinent information will be mailed to registered campers by June 20, 2013.
