Our Outreach Program is provided at no cost to the girls and families who participate. GSHCC covers all the expenses incurred and we never deny any girl membership. We want to ensure that every girl in our council, regardless of her family's finances and situation, has the chance to participate. Throughout each program, adult family and friends are encouraged to be involved.  The ultimate goal is to establish a long-term Girl Scout troop where adults within the community volunteer to become Girl Scout leaders.  Please, if you know a group of girls who would benefit from a program, if you know a location that could host a program, or if you would like to offer your assistance or support then please click here to see how you can help or contact us now.
