The Sacramento Regional Program Center serves the entire council, and is headquarters for Management, Membership, Outreach, Adult Development, Marketing and Communications, Product Sales, Program, Properties, Business Services, Finance, Fund Development, and Human Resources. The Modesto Regional Office provides member services to the southern portion of our council. Assistance is provided for Membership, Outreach, and Adult Development, as well as a Girl Scout Shop for program supplies.

Girl Scout Shop
The Girl Scout Shop is located in the Sacramento Regional Program Center, with an additional annex in the Modesto Regional Office. As an authorized agency of GSUSA, we offer a complete line of program supplies and official insignia. The Girl Scout Shop carries all inventory listed in the Girl Scout National Equipment Catalog, as well as unique items tailored for members of our council. Visit e-shop online today!
Part of every sale made at the Girl Scout Shop benefits girls right here in our council. Proceeds from sales help provide Girl Scout events and training, outreach, volunteer training and development, and supports maintenance of Camp Fleming, Camp Menzies and other council properties.
Girl Scouts Heart of Central California is fortunate to have a dedicated group of volunteers who support our Historical Museum with tours,
memorabilia trunks, uniforms and displays available for girls' education and enjoyment. Located inside the Sacramento Regional Program Center, the Historical Museum
offers one-hour, interactive tours encouraging girls to touch, investigate and enjoy the rich heritage of Girl Scouts. Girls, ages 11-17, can also
train as a museum docent, gaining skills and opportunities to share this history with others.

Girl Scout Heart of Central California Property Rentals
Need a location for a Girl Scout meeting? Or can’t decide where to take the troop for their next adventure?
Whether a large group that would rather sleep indoors with all the comforts of home, or a troop that wants to camp in the great outdoors, Girl Scouts Heart of Central California can meet your needs. - Camp Fleming Lodge has an occupancy of 98 overnight guests. Lodge rental amenities include a large Meeting/Dining Room with two wood burning stoves and a wall of windows offering a beautiful woodland view, a smaller Conference Room, commercial kitchen, infirmary room, and second floor dormitory equipped with bunkbeds and heated with two wood burning stoves. Off the Dormitory are restrooms with showers. The Lodge grounds are landscaped with a spacious lawn bordered by stonework retaining decorative and native trees and shrubs.
Fleming Campground is available from May through October. Twelve campsites vary from riparian to pine/oak woodland on rolling hills. Fleming Campground can meet the needs of both large or small groups. Each site can accommodate 20 people, and the entire camp can be reserved for 240 campers. Campsites are equipped with a table, fire ring with tools, bear-proof food locker, and water faucet. Restrooms and showers are within the campground.
Fleming Treehouse is available from May through October and has room for 16 campers. The Treehouse is a unique, elevated deck that anchors to the side of a hill and allows campers to sleep within the canopy of several large oak trees. Camping is primitive, with portable toilets, table, bear-proof food locker but no running water.
Camp Menzies is our 170 acre site which is available for rent in September and October. Each site can accommodate 24 people; the entire campground can accommodate 150. Each campsite has a table, fire circle, locker, and faucet. The property includes a complete commercial kitchen, swimming and canoe lakes, crafts center, nature center, sleeping cabins and tent platforms, and restrooms with showers. May through September Camp Menzies is our Resident Camp where girls enjoy summer fun!Back to Top
Girl Scout Cabins are located in Davis, Tracy, and Woodland. Accommodates 25 people for day use or sleeps 20. Each has a kitchen, table and chairs,
and at least one bathroom.
